Our amazing new Mangrove forest walking tour, started in 2020, is magical. The tour takes about four hours at low tide, and will lead you through red and white mangrove forests. The very fragile eco-system is second to none. It is definitely a must do for nature lovers when on holiday in Vilanculos.
The tour is USD 50 per person, min 2 pax. This includes all transport from where you are staying and a guided tour of the amazing mangrove forests.

Welcome to the Sandbar, our mobile beach restaurant in Vilankulo. Our restaurant is on a sandbar - to get there, you will be picked up from your accommodation by taxi, driven to our location, taken on a private dhow transfer to the sand bar, and back. We cater to all groups, from couples looking for a romantic meal in a private setting to family groups and friends wanting a unique dining experience.
Here at the sandbar we serve only the freshest seafood alongside starter plates, salads, and desserts. Alcoholic drinks are available on pre-oder, water and soft drinks will be provided. Seafood options include fish, prawns, crab, lobster, and calamari, to be decided upon your booking.
