LEAD GUIDE AND FOUNDER
I was born and grew up in Zimbabwe. As far back as I can remember I've always had a passion and love for the African bush. I grew up on a Cattle Ranch in North East Zimbabwe (Mashonaland) and spent countless days working with anti poaching and tracking units protecting the ranch against illegal hunters gaining vast knowledge about conservation anti poaching and the African bush.
I attended Falcon College in Matabeleland where I spent most of my time walking around the bush doing falconry under the very reputable Ron Hartley.
After leaving School at the age of sixteen I started my learner professional guides apprenticeship in the Sengwa river basin around Chizarira National Park in Zimbabwe where I was the head of an anti poaching unit and Problem Animal Control in the campfire area for four years where I got a huge amount of big and dangerous game experience.
I then moved to Gorongosa National Park in central Mozambique where I worked with the Gorongosa Restoration Project and was employed as a consultant to set up Eco tourism activities and train local guides for the project.
I then started freelancing as a fixer/guide for wildlife film crews and started my own company South East Africa Safaris focusing on custom made Safaris in Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
